How to write UI plugins tutorial

Hi all,

I've made a basic tutorial, which explains how to make
simple UI plugin 
for the Sip Communicator. You could find it here:

You could find also an example in the plugin package of your
SIP 
Communicator project. For more information on how to run
this example 
plugin see the "Run your plugin" section in the
mentioned tutorial.
