MacOSX package

Hi Developers,

I have customized the MacOSX DMG in order to have a nice GUI
and volume
icon when installing the package. Please give it a try 
(if so, try a build from 568).

The current background image is quite simple, so if someone
wants to
contribute a better image with an original design, this is
welcome!
