Standards and RFC

Hello Francesco,

Both SIP signaling that sets up an audio/video session is
defined in RFC 
3261. Audio and video are both transported using RTP. In the
case of SIP 
Communicator this is RFC 1889. I hope one day we'll support
the new RFC 
3550.

Instant messaging with SIP is not currently supported though
planned.

Hello Francesco, Emil,

You can also add to this list RFC 3951 for iLBC codec. The
implementation is a pure java version of the RFC provided
code.
