Window position and size not persistent

Hello Devs,

I have noticed that for the last several builds, the sizes
and the positions of the main window and the chat windows
don't persist. After I upgraded, the program didn't honor my
old preferences and didn't start where I last closed it.
Even if I move/resize the main window and then
close/re-open, the position is some preset. The same applies
for the chat windows.

Have you noticed that? Should I log a bug?
