Hello Pablo,
sip-communicator.xml is meant to store configuration
properties for all
bundles and plugins. this means that anyone could store
whatever they
want in it. The best way to get to know what is stored in it
is to look
at your own.
As for a DTD, we'll probably define one as soon as we feel
that the
configuration has reached a sufficient level of maturity so
that we
don't need to keep it in sync on every change.
