Hello niepin,
Developer roles in SIP Communicator are only granted to team
members and
confirmed contributors. This means that you'll first have to
participate
in mailing list discussions and submit some fixes, patches,
or other
contributions before being accepted as a developer in the
project. You
can start by applying for the Observer role
(https://sip-communicator.dev.java.net/ser
vlets/ProjectMembershipRequest).
You can also have a look at the "Becoming a SIP
Communicator Committer"
page in the developer documentation:
http://www.sip-communicator.org/index.php/Do
cumentation/CommitAccess
Cheers
