test for telephony with jabber

Hi,

I used the
    TestOperationSetBasicTelephonySipImpl
to have a similar (identical)
    TestOperationSetBasicTelephonyJabberImpl
and the 2 tests have failed, but exactly as I expected due
to known 
jingle libs bug
which do not properly signals some call state change.

Waiting for the bug been corrected, I have commented the
line
//   
addTestSuite(TestOperationSetBasicTelephonyJabberImpl.class)
;
to deactivate the tests.
