new presentation for online dictonnary plugin

Let me present to you, the new Wizard.

Now If you don't have any Account, one is created on
dict.org.
You can see the Wizard on First_Account.png file.

If you wish to create another Account, you have
new_Account_Wizard.png file.
If you don't choose one strategy, one is chosen.
