NetBeans now working OK with 1-0-draft

I've just updated the /ide/nbproject/project.xml file to
allow debugging under netbeans 
4.1. This file previously worked with the pre-1.0 code base,
but the new version works 
properly with both windows and linux.

I have also updated the relevant section of the wiki and am
particularly pleased to 
have removed a TODO that was nearly a year old. The
procedures have been 
significantly simplified.

If you already use Netbeans, or are interested in trying it,
please note that the new 
project.xml MUST BE COPIED from ../ide/nbproject/ to
../nbproject/ before it becomes 
effective.... AND you MUST do the copy while netbeans is NOT
running!

Check the wiki for more details, but this note should be
enough for most people to get it 
going.

Oh yes... this works with Netbeans 4.1... I haven't done
any work with Netbeans 5.0 or 
the development 5.5 products. They have a completely new CVS
engine (and, I think, 
only work with java 1.5). If you use the project.xml and
wiki with NB5.x, don't be 
surprised if it doesn't work!
