Hi,
Has anybody experienced the following problem?
My UA is sending an INVITE to another UA with SDP info using
the public
proxy iptel.org.
The first INVITE gets a 407 error from the proxy .so my UA
resends the
INVITE but this time without the SDP info. So the other side
has no clue
How to set up the RTP media stream.
My UA is using Radvision stack .Has anybody seen this kind
of a problem
before.
Thanks
Deepak

Hi Deepak,
I think this is valid. The other side MUST include the SDP
offer in final successful response (preferably 200 OK) and
UAC MUST include answer in ACK which follows the response.

Hi Somesh,
Thanks for your quick response.
Not sure I understand. Are you saying it is valid for the
UAC not to
include SDP info in the retry INVITE after receiving a 407
response from
the proxy?
Thanks
Deepak
