OTTAWA (Reuters) - The gunman who rampaged through a Montreal college
this week had once been treated for depression and was increasingly
sad before the attack, his mother said in an interview published on
Saturday.
Kimveer Gill, 25, killed a young woman and wounded 19 other people on
Wednesday before killing himself.
His mother, who asked not to be identified, said Gill had been
treated for depression a few years ago after she was diagnosed with
breast cancer.
