Martin Sebor resolved STDCXX-125.

Resolution: Fixed
A fix was committed at rev 554275. In addition, I suspect
this is only an issue with -AP or -Aa (i.e., without -AA)
and thus not a problem rthanks to STDCXX-501. Resolving now,
will close after a regression test has been added and
verified.
