Debugging Switch error

Hello Scott,

I didn't yet investigate the log file you've sent, but the
very first 
thing you should try is using more recent version of
SVNKit.

 > (currently running against javasvn 1.0.6).
Lot of bugfixes were made since that version, please check
switching 
with 1.1.2 version and, if possible, send a debug log for
it. Thanks!
