weird bug in xsl:copy-of

If I have the element:

<img border="0"
src="/cdlab2005/images/ul/consumables/pen.img/medium.j
peg" width="200"
height="30" alt="The CD-Lab CD/DVD Safe
Writing Pen"/>

nested inside an element I use an xsl:copy-of on, everything
works
fine. However, if I use this element instead, it does not
come
through:

<img border="0"
src="/cdlab2005/images/ul/consumables/pen.img/medium.j
peg" width="200"
height="23" alt="The CD-Lab CD/DVD Safe
Writing Pen"/>

The only difference is the height tag being 23 instead of
30.  I'm
using html output mode, and calling sablotron via the PHP
extension.

Is there any reason the second version of the element would
be ignored?

Thank you,
- Robby
