Problem compiling Torque Security Service Implementation (Turbine 2.4)

I have an jar file which contains implementation of Torque
Security Service, but it's compiled against torque 3.1 and
incompatible with torque 3.3 (which used in Scarab).

I try to build it to be able used in eclipse (om
generation). But i recive next message:

torque:om-generate:
