Contribution from Jeremy Epstein: minical navigation

I'm both excited and happy to announce the first
significant 
contribution to the Scooby codebase by a non-OSAF developer.

Jeremy Epstein did some excellent work implementing the
minical 
navigation element for Scooby's left sidebar. This being
the first 
significant external contribution to Scooby, kudos go to
Jeremy for 
putting up with a lot of the rough edges that are inevitable
with any 
new process.

Thanks very much to Jeremy for his hard work and patience.
The minical 
code is now in SVN, so if you have a chance, grab the newest
version of 
Scooby and take it for a spin.
