NPTL i686 toolchain

I couldn't find any NTPL 686 toolchain. I used
crosstool-0.42 along
with the patch attached [it's from the crossgcc mailing
list] to
create one.

Would it be feasible to get NPTL flavors of the toolchains
included in
the default distribution?
