Phone directories are soon to be a thing of the past. You
now have the
"talking phonebook" to complement the real one.
Once Google starts
getting the word out to businesses about Google Local and
it's
connections with the phone it will only be a matter of time
before this
goes broad acceptance. Note, this takes out the costs of 411
to the
user and pushes it back to the business.
