I get a lot of clicks from pages like sedoparking.com and
dinamomotos.com is another that comes to mind. I freakin
hate these. I
keep adding found ones to my site exclusion list but is
there a
better, faster, or more thorough way to get rid of a lot of
them all
at once. Maybe a list of domains that someone is compiling?

Hi,

Did you try to talk to Google?

I had the same issue and it got resolved .. however they do not really affect you much.

first, the impressions go up and ctr goes down but this does not affect your quality score as google evaluates the quality score based on traffic comming from google only.
so for example you get 100k impressions in a day with the following split (which you can never see in stats):
-4500 - from google search with a CTR of 10%
-the rest from various google search and content partners with a CTR of 0.01%

To evaluate your qulity score google will only look at the 4500 impressions that generated 450 clicks and will rank your ads accordingly.
for the rest the traffic is split as follows:
- (real) search syndication partners
- parked domains search syndication
- content partners

Personally I find that a good optimized content matched campaign can perform very good.
For the rest ... unfortunately I cannot tag links separately for search syndication, so I presume that the slight drop in conversions when i activate search syndication is due to lower conversion one the global search syndication network

good luck,
Alex
