I am just guessing here, but following this example
(searching on
"bond hotel" when you are not in bond), I would
think Google would
ignore your radius targeting and display your listing if you
have a
bond address.  If I was actually searching in bond (and
they
recognized this via IP targeting) then the radius would
apply.  ?
