understands how their work fits in the "big picture," from a
business perspective. They are not looking for just a heads-down
developer who can simply code to a spec. They're looking for
candidates with strong technical, people, and analysis skills. This

Experience with the following is required:
* J2EE application development
* Struts
* Unit testing frameworks such as Junit, HTTPUnit, or Selenium
* Source control, preferably a concurrent tool like CVS or
Subversion
* Working with applications through the majority of the entire
development lifecycle
* Success in medium to large team environments
* Experience with an IDE, our client uses IntelliJ
* Familiarity with Unix or Linux environments
