Job Title: Lead Code Wizard / Software Development Engineer

Needed; a Code Wizard able to manifest good clean code and have the
natural ability of a technical leader.
Do you like building teams or would you like to? Here's your
opportunity: build a new team which will integrate a new, our client's
premium product. As Lead Developers you will scale a fast-growing
online service to support strong growth in subscribers and corporate
customers. You will also be called on for the rapid development of new
features as the product grows. If you're looking for ownership and a
lot of freedom this may be the position for you. As an added bonus you
will also have high visibility in the organization and report
directly to the CTO.
• Leading a team of Software Development Engineer SDE's (Java or C++
or C#) through architectural design, implementation guidance and
shipping ethos.
(A strong understanding of Data structures and Algorithms for OO
development)
• Hands-on ownership of significant product initiatives around our
expanding client facing tools.
• Ongoing leadership for cross product engineering problems such as
performance analysis, operational costs, and service deployment
automation.
• Growth potential for project & business leadership as well as
engineering responsibilities.
Ideal requirements:
• 3-6+ years experience building scalable web software or services with
• 3+ years as a development lead.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small / nimble development
team.
• Database development expertise is required.
• Must be comfortable with Java / J2EE and Oracle.
• Knowledge of the Spring framework, Hibernate, REST services, MySQL
and Ruby would be a huge plus.
• Title and salary dependent on experience.
