first (almost) complete owl version of bams & updated "benefits"

I have put a first (almost) complete OWL version of BAMS
(5.4 MB) on the wiki:

This version is missing the mutual disjoint between part
classes, cell 
classes, and molecule classes (the XQuery processor runs out
of memory). Also, 
this version is missing the relationship between parts,
cells, and molecules 
in cell. The models showed this incorrectly. Mikail Bota has
verified that 
this relationship is a triple (part, cell, molecule in
cell). Alan has 
suggested a way to model this relationship. 

Also, I updated the "benefits" section in the
light of Chris' comments.
