I do not have any major comments on the SIP 
SAML  draft. 
My comments are limited to spelling mistakes. 


Section 5 , sentence 1 
"Because the those " is wrong. suggestion 
remove "the"

section 6.1.2 , 2nd para , first sentence 
"Although this 
profile is overview" ... suggestion "profile's "

section 6.1.3 , 3rd 
sentence  , 
separate is spelt wrong

section 6.3.1.1 , 3rd sentence
"The particulars of how this 
is accomplished depend upon implementation.." sounds wrong .. suggestion 
"dependS upon THE" 

section 6.3.1.2 , last 
line
proceeds is spelt wrongly

section 6.3.1.3 , first line
Makes more sense if the first 
line begins with THE

6.1.3.4 ,  2nd 
sentence
It has "the the" 

6.1.4.1, 
attribute ID
requirement is spelt wrong

section 7.1, 3rd para
this profile of the 
SAML URI Binding is congruent with the SAML URI binding ---- does not make 
sense
