Wow, that is sad. I was sure there was some draft
somewhere.
To be clear, though, it's not literally
"application/dtmf" that I'm talking
about - that's just an example I was using to encompass the
concept. The
most popular one is "application/dtmf-relay" I
think, but there are like at
least 4 different mime types for dtmf out there.
