The ABNF (see below) acutally doesn't allow 0x20 as such.
BUT, you are also allowed to use LWS, which can contain
spaces

TEXT-UTF8char = %x21-7E / UTF8-NONASCII

/ %xF8-Fb 4UTF8-CONT
/ %xFC-FD 5UTF8-CONT
