I don't know about the anonymous part but it's working for
me when using 
my developer's credential. And Pavel just made a commit too
!

It's been up and down for about three weeks. The downtime
even robbed me
of a SimpleTest coding session when I couldn't update the
latest version.

Try a while later and hopefully it will work.
