getting some work done on "continuous integration"

Hi all,

I've started to work on the "continuous
integration" thingie. The result 
of this (and last) week-end work is already available on the
up-coming 
"simpletest.org" server (thanks Jeff).

The test results come from my own box. We should have live
results from 
the server in the near future (via a cron every 4 hours or
something).

As usual for a new "feature", all comments are
welcomed.
