Yes, I get that message, but I have switched it off: right-click on
"Player Options". The program does set rather high standards and in my
experience you will not do any harm if you continue to use it.
The klite codec pack includes the Real Alternative.

Videolan will also open most files, including some Real.

I have all three programs installed.
