Summary: No new INVITE is sent when 3XX answer other than
302 arrives
Initial Comment:
If Sofia SIP gets a 3XX answer for an outgoing INVITE, a new
INVITE is sent to the informed location only when that
answer is 302. If it's 300, 301 or 305, no new INVITE
message is generated.
