Re: Sending Unsolicited NOTIFY messages

I don't know why they use NOTIFY rather than PUBLISH.  This
is a 3rd party
proxy we are talking to.  Do you know any way to send an
unsolicited NOTIFY
message?

Just curious, why a NOTIFY? Why not PUBLISH?
