The first (faster) simply shows that there are changes, just
like tortoisesvn.
The traversal of the tree can stop as soon as it finds any
change.
The second will show change details like number of
changed/deleted/added files.
To offer this subcommander must traverse the complete tree
so it is slower.

In the next version it is possible to do because it displays
flat and tree
at the same time. The whole tree is cached in memory.
