ch04-branching-and-merging.xml typo

In the current XML docs in chapter 4, commands are given
such as:

svn merge -c 344 http://svn.ex
ample.com/repos/calc/trunk

This may be new syntax, in which case the Complete Reference
needs this added.  
My guess is that it is wrong, so I've attached a patch to
change 
the "merge -c" to "merge -r"

Patch was taken with:

diff -Naur
svn_redbook/src/en/book/ch04-branching-and-merging.xml

It's new syntax, and the Complete Reference hasn't yet been
updated.
