Switch --change missing from reference chapter in Subversion Book

Dear all,

In Chapter 2 "Basic Usage" and Chapter 4
"Branching and Merging" of the
Subversion book, the switch --change is used.

    ch02-basic-usage.xml:1685
    ch04-branching-and-merging.xml:1287

However, in Chapter 9 "Subversion Complete
Reference" this switch does
not seem to be documented.

If this is an unsupported switch, I would suggest not to use
it in
Chapters 2 and 4.
