I don't know anything about viewvc, but trac (http://trac.edgewall.org/)
does this.

I don't know about RSS feeds for ViewVC, but if RSS feeds
for commits
would be useful, you might try one of these:

Also, the software offered at http://websvn.tigris.org/ and
