Basically speaking NetBeans Enetrprise Pack is a more modern
version of Java Studio Enterprise with the following
differences:
1) Branded as NetBeans
2) Packaged as an addon pack for NetBeans IDE
3) Does [b]not[/b] contain Portlet Builder
4) Contains tools for SOA development and advanced XML
editing tools
