Topic "Drag and drop from Pallette not working"

I installed studio enterprise 8.0
When I click any object from the palette to drag into my
design screen, it does not drag to a specific location.  I
don't have the option to move it around the screen and
place it where I want.  Is there a setting problem or the
version problem?
