It looks like some port conflict (i.e appserver is probably
waiting for ever from one of the other services it depends
on like message service etc)...
One thing you can try is modify domain1/config/sun-acc.xml
file and set 'level="FINEST"' for log-level ,
try startserv again and see if there is any more output in
the log file ...
