It looks like the JMS service is not getting started. (for a
successful startup, "start[#]" is usually
followed with the message for starting JMS service).
Can you check domain1/config/domain.xml and see if the
"jms-service" entry looks okay.
(Other things you may want to try: download and install
PE8.1 separately; try Sun Java Studio Enterprise 8.1 Beta,
wich uses PE8.2; http://developers.sun.com/prodtech/
javatools/jsenterprise/downloads/index.jsp).
