RFC web debug timer

Hi

I think the new timer is great but could we please bring
back the  
times against the queries in the logs or in the query
component as  
IMHO this was very very useful.

Query times are now back in the web debug toolbar (in
r2311).

when i use the mysqli extension in the propel.ini:

propel.targetPackage       = lib.model
propel.packageObjectModel  = true
propel.project             = shopcent
propel.database            = mysqli
propel.database.createUrl  = mysqli://localhost/
propel.database.url        = mysqli://dbuser:dbpassdbhost/dbname
propel.mysqli.tableType     = InnoDB

i get the schema with propel-build-schema but without
foreign keys ;(
i think propel not use the tabletype in mysqli
