Problem of caracter encoding when calling handleError after form validation error

Hi,

Are you using fillin? I tried fillin before and found some
inconsistencies
between the PHP 5.0 and 5.1 branch, where 5.1.x branch works
properly but 
5.0.x doesn't
(weird characters even encoding is properly set).
Unfortunately I don't have any further information on that
issue,
so I just to advise you to try it on a newer PHP version.
