ok i'll get that, in other words, i have to match exactly the
crosstool version with the GCC installed on the board, not ontly match
the file names. thank you!

i put the ts8 path, and the message dissapeared. but the appear
another message, some like "/etc/modules.conf is newer than the
modules" (not exactly as shown)
then i made a update-modules command and it's solved!
but i think it's more correct to update the kernel, using a
vmlinux-ts11 image ... i downloaded already from the ftp, but i don't
know how to use exactly... i don't know how to configure the TFPT
server on my desktop to copy the image on the board :(
