Announcement: TWiki 4.0.3 Production Release (Patch Release)

Dear TWiki administrator:

Unfortunately something went wrong when the
TWiki-4.0.3-changed.zip was built and a number of files
were missing including the updated configure script and
several code files.

The TWiki-4.0.3-changed.zip is the file you will normally
use when upgrading from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3.

A new corrected file was uploaded to
http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/TWikiRelease04x00x03

on 26 Jun 2006 00:38 UTC.

The zip/tgz files containing the full release are not
affected.

For upgraders we are happy to announce that the
"Upgrading TWiki 4.0 and Maintaining Current
Tailoring"
has been updated to also describe the 4.0.2 to 4.0.3
upgrade,

Finally - Arthur Clemens has provided a small style sheet
fix which came a few hours too late for 4.0.3. The fix
removes the underline of the small "Show/Hide
Attachments"
twisty which is visible when you have attachments to a
topic. The updated CSS file is available for download
also from
