Actually, I don't _think_ BLT is a part of ActiveTcl... At least as of a year or so ago. There used to be a problem with it not making use of the Stubs interface. It's included in the ActiveTCL distribution, if I'm not mistaken, as well as in our distribution of BRL-CAD. In our release, there are a few (rather minor) 64-bit issues and compiler warnings taken care of, but even the primary version should pretty much work as you'd hope: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=18616 If you'd like help compiling the BRL-CAD's (re)distribution of BLT (which includes autotoolsification of the BLT build system), feel free to stop by the #brlcad irc channel on irc.freenode.net. As far as I know, there's not an Xcode project specifically for just BLT, but it may be bundled in as part of one of the various kitchen sink tcl/tk bundles. Hope something in all of that helps.
