Need help with links and changing pictures NOW!!!

I need to update my web site. Previous web developer retired.

Please take a look at the site and see if you can help.

you need to know how to put and change pictures on it. They change
frequently. Please include how much you would charge, and how long it
would take. Please DO NOT bother contacting me, if you have not seen
the site and are unfamiliar with what ever the "language/program" is.
