It means that you RAM memory is running low. If you are running for a while you using more than one program for instance. What size RAM do you have? Find this out by going Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information. It is shown as Active Memory.

It is possible to increase the Virtual memory but this is complicated so first look at your RAM size and see. It should be at least 512mb

This is when your over 50, have your first Pot of Coffee for the day, and
can't remember your name!

HappyPattysDay..... Always say Yes if you see a message and let Windows
manage it. Do a DiskClean up, and Defragment. VM = PageFile = 3 times RAM
and used in FreeSpace area of C: and at one time was called a RamDrive.
