i have word perfect - u can set it for one line for typing and then when u go to print set for double spacing - that way does not take as much space on harddrive - the only thing u have to watch is where your page breaks will be - or if you are forcing page breaks - if you are typing several chapters, word perfect recommends you make each chapter a separate file instead of having one long file
