Huh...Sabyasachi Let me tell u one thing 70-210 is 
not dumped. Its Windows 2000 exam & none of the
courses are stopped by Microsoft as of now.

None of the place its mentioned its discontinued.

70-29* series started for Windows 2003. But let me
tell you Microsoft announces on site before 3-4 months
incase they gona discontinue the exam.
