I assume you don't have sh and configure capabilities for
your target,
if that was the case just configure with a target cross
compiler with
the set of options you want.
Well, a C compiler is needed, a decent libc will help,
desactivate
everything you don't need, possibly by writing your own
config.h .
You could look at win/wince compatibily stuff, or the one in
the
macos/ subdir. The specificconfig.h will just state what
should or should not
be included, see config.h in the main dir and how
config-mac.h is included
and otherwise the normal libxml/xmlversion.h . The trio
stuff is a portable
rewrite of the *printf functions which tends to be broken on
some libcs.
