I am using the libxml2 library for windows (precompiled
binary) and I am having trouble with ISAPI when linking to this library within
my DLL. IIS simply says “The remote procedure call failed
and did not execute.” I attempted to debug the ISAPI extension, but IIS
never loads it.  I am assuming this is an issue with the libxml2 and IIS?
